Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the KidsWeatherWear app ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. What the App does
The App provides clothing suggestions for children based on weather data, wardrobe tracking tools, playground discovery, and links to third-party retailers and marketplaces. All recommendations are informational.
3. Parental judgment comes first
Weather data and clothing recommendations may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete. Playground information is sourced from OpenStreetMap and may be outdated. Always use your own judgment regarding your child's clothing, safety, and suitability of play locations. The App is a helper, not a substitute for parental supervision.
4. Affiliate disclosure
The App contains affiliate links to external stores and marketplaces (e.g. Reima, Jollyroom, Tori.fi, Blocket). We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. We are not a party to any transaction between you and these third parties and are not responsible for their products, prices, availability, or services.
5. Third-party data
Playground data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License. Weather data is provided by Apple WeatherKit.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its design, and its content (excluding third-party data) are owned by KidsWeatherWear. Third-party brand names mentioned in the App belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; no endorsement is implied.
7. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from use of the App.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
